- Digital Product Refund Eligibility
Digital products, including game keys, software licenses, and other digital downloads, are non-refundable once they are successfully delivered. We cannot accept returns for products that have been delivered and accessed by the customer due to the nature of digital goods.
In certain cases, refunds may be offered if the product key has not been redeemed, activated, or downloaded, provided that you contact us within 14 days of the purchase. - Conditions for Refund
Refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:
Invalid Key: If you receive a product key that is invalid or does not work, please contact us immediately. After investigating the issue, we will offer a replacement key or a refund if the key is deemed unusable.
Duplicate Purchase: In cases where multiple copies of the same key are accidentally purchased, we will refund the duplicate if it remains unused and unredeemed.
Technical Issues: If a technical error on our end results in you receiving the wrong product, please contact our support team. We will replace the key with the correct product or provide a refund if the correct product is unavailable.
- Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:
Already Redeemed Keys: Once a product key is redeemed or activated, it cannot be refunded, exchanged, or canceled.
Compatibility Issues: It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that the product is compatible with their device or system. Refunds will not be issued for incompatibility reasons.
Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you change your mind after purchase or decide the product is no longer needed.

- Refund Method and Processing Time
